Koffylaagte Game Lodge is a privately owned game reserve which is home to 22 species of Southern African plains game, including the largest antelope Eland, elusive game such as Gemsbok, Waterbock and Nyala, large herds of Impala, both the common and the white Blesbok, the Black and the Blue Wildebeest, Cape Hartebeest, Bushbuck, Mountain Reedbuck , other species of antelopes, huge trophy Kudu bulls, Burchell's Zebra, Warthog, Bushpig, Giraffes, Buffalo and White Rhino and many other mammals such as Genet, Black Backed Jackal, Lynx, Bat Eared Fox, Ant Eater, Porcupine, etc. Koffylaagte Game Lodge comprises a luxury Hunter’s Lodge with 3 en-suite bedrooms, two x 2 bedroom original settler farmhouse units and a separate permanent luxury tented camp site with two double tents and a communal kitchen and dining tent. The Lodge offers a swimming pool, sauna, bar, billiard room, various outdoor activities such as open land rover game drives, quad bikes, horse rides and archery. |
